Well, the weather is much nicer and it is now time for many of us to shake off that winter funk. There may be a lot going on but this is when we also think about getting our bodies back into shape and cleaning out the winter routine from them. Springtime brings new growth and new possibilities. Our food sources should be lighter and cleansing. Think of adding some sprouts and lighter raw foods to help the body cleanse from the heavy foods you had been feeding it thoughout the winter. Between the longer days (more sunlight) and the lighter food, you will start to feel more energy and an increase in your optimism. The sun and the vitamin D we get from it brings us a well being that is just now really being explored.
