Where are your thoughts focused?

If you are being challenged in life with anything, create a new awareness. Right now, I seem to have a lot of people who wonder about how to get out of their current financial plight. They keep rolling with the thoughts of lack and scarcity. Concentrating on what they don't have, what money is not coming in, how they are stuck for whatever reason.

I so understand that whole tornado of overwhelm that comes in. My life seemed to be a series of tornadoes until I learned a simple trick. Redirect your thought from the ones of scarcity, lack and confusion. Get out of your head space and quiet down a bit. Get off the couch and exercise to clear you mind and to produce endorphins. Endorphins will give you a lift and get you into a more positive state of mind. This will give you the ability to at least feel better. And it is all about feeling better to get you out of the rut

Stop thinking your current thoughts and ask your self "what can I take action on right now that will increase my income?" Let your mind work on that. Don't be afraid to be innovative. Innovation is what will get you out of the mess you are in.

Next take and action step to move forward. If you don't know where forward is, then do some research on the computer or library. Attend a good seminar, read a great book like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Get your self busy and that will in turn get you inspired! Turn off the TV! Take and action step now! Write down some ideas! Ask how you can add value to those around you and throughout the world. When you help people get what they want, you get what you want! Get the pump primed and you will be overflowing with ideas and new income sources!
